Q: What's the payment system?

Proofreading payment

A: Payment can be made by direct Yen transfer to the Japanese bank account shown on your invoice.

Generally, payment is requested within 10 days of delivery of the completed document. However, we do understand that companies, universities etc. have their own accounting systems and payment dates. We are happy to offer the flexibility to meet the timing of your payment system. Please indicate your preferred payment date before you confirm your order.

Q: Can you give a quote without seeing the document?

Document quote

A: You can get a general idea of how much your document will cost by looking at the pricing policy displayed on our website.

Because all documents are different in the amount of work required, we need to see your document to give a fixed quote. We are committed to respecting and guarding the privacy of any documents sent to us.
